How billing works
- Currency. Every price is in US dollars (USD) and is shown in full before you confirm. Your bank may add its own conversion or foreign transaction fee.
- Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically on the same date each month at the then-current price, until cancelled. No minimum term.
- Cancelling. Cancel from your account or by email. Future renewals stop at once; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Allowances. Monthly speech allowances reset on renewal. Unused speeches do not roll over.
- Price changes. We email subscribers at least 30 days before a price change affects them.
Refunds, plainly
- Charged without use. Renewed but wrote nothing that period? Email within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
- Changed your mind. First payment on a new subscription is refundable within 14 days if you have generated no more than one speech.
- Our fault. If a fault here stopped you producing or downloading your speech, we refund the whole period regardless of use.
- Turnaround. Acknowledged in two business days, decided in five, returned to the original payment method.
Billing questions
Do I need to enter card details to try it?
No. The Free plan gives you one speech a month with watermarked cue cards and never asks for card details.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my access?
Cancel at any time from the account area, or by emailing support@sydneymwasuku.shop. Your plan stops renewing immediately and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Do unused speeches roll over?
No. Each plan's monthly allowance resets on your renewal date and unused speeches do not carry forward.
What is the refund policy?
If a paid plan is charged and you have not generated a speech in that billing period, email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. If something is broken on our side, we refund the affected period regardless of use. The full detail is on the refunds and cancellation page.
Which currency am I charged in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown in full before you reach the checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.
