Acceptable use policy
Podiumi does one job: spoken remarks for a personal occasion, and the cards you hold while you give them. This page lists what falls outside that, and how the limits are enforced.
Last updated 16 September 2026
This policy forms part of the terms of service. Breaching it can lead to a refused generation, suspension, or termination of your account.
1. The four rules the product enforces
1.1 Only your memories — nothing invented
The writing engine uses the facts you supply and nothing else. It does not add events, quotes, attributes or details of its own. Where a section needs more than you gave it, it prints a visible prompt in square brackets asking you for the missing detail. Asking the tool to “make something up” or “invent a story” is refused.
1.2 Nothing demeaning, nothing unproven
Affectionate teasing belongs in a toast. Humiliation does not, and neither do allegations. Podiumi will not write content that degrades a real person, or that asserts things about them — criminal conduct, infidelity, addiction, dishonesty — which you cannot substantiate and which they have not made public themselves. Inputs of this kind are flagged before generation.
1.3 No statements in anyone else’s name
Speeches here are written in your own voice. Podiumi will not draft press releases, official statements, corporate announcements, public apologies or legal notices, and will not write as though issued by an organisation, an office-holder or another individual. Speaking warmly on behalf of a team at a send-off is fine; issuing a statement is not.
1.4 Cue cards are typeset, not drawn
All text on printable files is laid out by our own typesetting code. No image model produces text on a file you download, which is why names, dates and numbers appear exactly as you typed them.
2. What Podiumi will not produce
Regardless of how the request is phrased, the service does not generate:
- identity or travel documents — passports, ID cards, driving licences, visas, birth or death certificates;
- financial or commercial paperwork — invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bank or tax statements;
- certificates, diplomas or transcripts, or replicas of them;
- contracts, legal notices, affidavits or other legal instruments;
- medical documents — prescriptions, diagnoses, discharge summaries, sick notes;
- content that impersonates a real person or organisation;
- material that infringes a trade mark or passes itself off as the branding of a real business, or that imitates the personal style of a named living artist or writer;
- sexual content, content sexualising minors, hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence;
- anything designed to deceive, defraud or defame.
Podiumi produces text and typeset PDFs only. It does not generate images of people, it performs no face swapping or likeness manipulation, and it does not accept file or photo uploads of any kind— so no image of any person is ever processed by this service.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only enter memories that are true and that are yours to share.
- Consider the people you are describing. Avoid another person’s sensitive information — health, finances, anything told to you in confidence — unless they are content for it to be said aloud.
- Read the draft before you deliver it. It is a draft, and you are the author who signs it off.
- Do not resell the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not attempt to bypass the safety checks described on this page.
4. How this is enforced
Inputs are checked before generation. Requests that fall into the categories in section 2 are refused with an explanation, and requests that look like they would breach section 1.2 are flagged for you to reword before you can continue. Every speech also requires you to confirm that the memories are true and yours to share.
Automated checks are not perfect in either direction. If something was refused that should not have been, or you have found something that should have been refused, tell us at support@sydneymwasuku.shop.
5. Reporting misuse
If you believe a speech produced here was used to harass, defame or impersonate someone, email support@sydneymwasuku.shop with what you can share. We investigate every report and act on accounts that breach this policy.
6. Consequences
Depending on severity we may refuse a generation, warn you, suspend the account, or terminate it. Where we terminate an account for a breach, we do not refund the remainder of the billing period. Where we are required to, we report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
